The Essential Jesus Challenge is not easy - it's not meant to be. Bible reading is a discipline, something we need to cultivate and commit to.
At its heart, the Essential Jesus Challenge is a personal challenge that can be done in community. Churches, small groups and individual participants can take the Challenge in a way that suits them.
